Whisk together the flour, corn starch, and salt then set aside.

Beat the butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar, lemon zest, and lemon juice.

Add flour mixture and blend until fully incorporated. Scrape down the sides of the bowl, then cover and refrigerate the dough.

Scoop out chilled dough, roll into balls, and place into the baking sheet.

Flatten dough balls and place the entire baking sheet into the freezer while the oven heats up.

Bake until the edges of the cookies are golden brown.
