Notes

Storage Information
Refrigerator: Place any leftover (cooled) brie in an airtight container or wrap it tightly in plastic wrap or aluminum foil. Store it in the refrigerator for up to 3-5 days.
Reheating: When you're ready to enjoy the leftovers, reheat the brie gently in the oven at a low temperature (about 300°F or 150°C) until warmed through. Avoid microwaving, as it can cause the cheese to become rubbery.
Avoid Freezing: It’s best not to freeze honey-baked brie, as freezing can alter its texture and taste once thawed.

Make sure to thaw the puff pastry in advance and then follow the package directions to make sure it is pliable before attempting to wrap it around the brie.

Do I need to remove the rind of the brie?
No, it’s best to leave the rind on. It helps keep the cheese intact while baking and adds flavor. The rind is edible and complements the creamy cheese.
