This Brownie Batter Dip is similar to edible cookie dough, but it’s richer and more chocolatey - just like a bowl of brownie batter! It's perfect for parties, movie nights, or whenever you have a craving. Serve it with your favorite dippers for a fun treat that’s sure to satisfy any sweet tooth!

Ingredients

  • 16 to 18 ounces brownie mix one box
  • 8 ounces cream cheese full fat, softened
  • 8 ounces whipped topping thawed
  • 3.4 ounces instant chocolate pudding mix one box
  • 6 tablespoons whole milk
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips or M&Ms

Instructions

  • Transfer the brownie mix to a microwave safe bowl and heat on high heat in 30 second increments on, stirring in between, for 2 minutes. You want the mixture to reach 165°F. Set aside to cool completely.
    16 to 18 ounces brownie mix
  • Beat the softened cream cheese until light and fluffy in a large bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer. Add the whipped topping and continue beating until combined and fluffy.
    8 ounces whipped topping, 8 ounces cream cheese
  • Whisk the chocolate pudding mix into the cooled brownie mix.
    3.4 ounces instant chocolate pudding mix
  • Gradually add the pudding and brownie mixture to the cream cheese mixture and beat until combined.
  • Add milk, a few tablespoons at a time, beating until combined. Add more milk if dip is too thick.
    6 tablespoons whole milk
  • Transfer dip to a serving bowl and top with mini chocolate chips or M&Ms. Serve with an assortment of dippers.

Storage Information
Refrigerator: Brownie batter dip can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Freezer: I don't recommend freezing this dip as it makes the texture strange and not very appetizing.
