Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese 1 package, regular or reduced fat
  • 6 oz strawberry yogurt 1 container
  • 1/2 cup strawberries finely chopped, fresh or frozen - I used frozen
  • 1/2 cup marshmallow cream sometimes labeled marshmallow fluff

Instructions

  • Finely chop/blend frozen (thawed) strawberries in a food processor or food chopper. You could also do this by hand if needed, although in that case I would suggest chopping them while still partly frozen. If chopping by hand, chop on a paper plate, or something to catch the extra juice, so you can use that too.
  • Using a stand mixer, or hand mixer, beat cream cheese until fully smooth.
  • Add strawberry yogurt and blend until smooth. Add chopped strawberries (with juice).  Add marshmallow cream.  Blend until fully combined.
  • Put dip in the refrigerator to set up for at least 30 minutes.  Serve with fresh fruit of your choice.
  • Dip will keep well in the refrigerator for 2 days.
